They were able to come out the next day and took care of our problem right away. The technician was friendly, polite, and knowledgable.

Overall, good service. I was dissapointed that 1) no one told they they required a 1 year contract until they were in my house for the first service and 2) no one told me they couldn't really take care of spiders until after the contract was signed. Otherwise, I'm been happy with the results.

The technician was very prompt & polite. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing including the types of products he was using and why it was needed. We have only have the first visit so far, but there have not been any mice in the house since the treatment, even though we have seen a few outside! The price was very reasonable compared to several other companies I considered. Plus, they did not try to sell me anything else, just the services I was looking for. Over all, I am quite pleased.

Was very pleased with the SM site and would recommend the SP, said they were extrtememl courteous.

Provided suggestions as to where the bugs were coming from and how to prevent them from entering the house.

Although 1 small insect nest was not seen or treated, the technician listened to our issues and serviced our home appropriately. Guardian Pest Defense worked with us to provide the exact service that we were requesting, at a reasonable price.

The cleaner arrive early and took great time to remove the stains out of the carpeting in the bedrooms. It was a difficult time because there were many pet stains from the previous owners cat. He did a great job. He even suggested tips to follow up on some stains that just would not budge. And they worked!! I would definitely use them again.

They were excellent! They showed up when they said they would and were very knoweable about the problem areas. They explained what they would do and how it would get rid of my ant and spider problem.

Professional and friendly employees. We liked the product they used to rid our house of the ants we had. It was safe for our kids to be around, instead of putting "unsafe" product in cracks where our kids "shouldn't" be able to get to. I liked the methodology they used. They have a follow-up treatment 1 month after the initial treatment and then go to every 3 month schedule. We only had our first treatment this week so time will tell if our ants go away. I will update this post if they don't, but I am confident they will.

Ryan Hobbs was wonderful - helpful, professional and full of information. After the treatment, my dog had a severe reaction and ended up in the ER vet clinic overnight. I'm not sure it was tied to the extermination, but I guess I'll never know. Although I'm a happy customer and had a positive experience, I wanted to share this feedback about my situation. Thank you.

I had a problem with some bees under an eave at my home. I was told that there would be a one-time charge of $150 and that they would treat and return to treat again until the problem was solved. A week after the first treatment there was still some bee activity and they returned and retreated. After another week, there was continuing activity. When I called I was told that an additional trip was not included in my charge and that the first return trip was done only as a favor. I related what I was told upon hiring Guardian and was told that a supervisor would call me to discuss the situation. Close to three weeks later, no call.

They were excellent, professional, and fast. They came out the same day gave me the full service and the next day my yard looked like a bug graveyard. I had dead bugs I didn't even know I had. Also, they are very reasonably priced. They include things in their maintenance service that others do not include. I am very pleased with them.

Had a large outdoor ground bee problem. Showed up within 2 days.Technician courteous. Went over options, answered questions. It's been 2 weeks...no sign of any bees. Price was reasonable.
