Guillen Reyes Construction did a fantastic job ahead of schedule and at a reasonable cost. My experience with this company was stress free and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ok, I only gave 4 stars because 5 stars is like perfection. Milton and his crew installed and finished drywall in my garage. They were on time, priced right, and did the job fast. I was a little concerned because the "block coat" of mudd looked a bit rough, but after they sanded, put on a skim coat, and sanded again, things looked much better. Now that the garage is primed, no seams are visible on the walls, but a few are visible on the ceiling. But to be fair, I painted the ceiling in eggshell. They cleaned up well and I was satisfied with the work. I would use them again, and I'm a fairly picky customer when it comes to contractors.

Milton and his brother Elder had the lowest bid for the work I wanted done. The job site was not the most desirable to work with the stairway and access to the work area were very awkward. The Reyes family had no problem dealing with the access problem. They reported to work exactly when they said they would and kept me informed every step of the way. They completed the work on time and it far exceeded my expectations. I look forward to using Reyes Construction again and recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Guillen Reyes Construction did a very good job on my drywall project. I did all of the framing myself and Milton�s drywall hangers did a very good job at making me look like I knew what I was doing. They were all very professional and courteous, showed up when they said they would and worked with my schedule to get the job done. Very competitively priced, I don�t think you will find a better deal anywhere. I would most definitely recommend them to my friends or have them come to do another project for me.

I was quoted a good price for my small drywall project and was completed on schedule. The only complaint I have with this company is that they did a very poor job of cleaning up after they finished the project. I spent two hours removing drywall dust from the finished walls, scraping joint compound off the floor, cleaning my step stool which they used without asking, cleaning the filter on my shop vacuum which they used without asking, etc.

I had 3 arches installed as well as some wall extensions and a door hung. I am very satisfied with the work. Great quality, very good workers, and the service was great. Milton is eager to ensure the job is done to your satisfaction and on-time. Great value, too. I will definitely have them back for future projects.

Guillen Reyes was professional, timely and expert in their work. Milton is very personable and communicative, and kept us informed of each step in the process. We unreservedly recommend them for drywall, carpentry and whatever else they say they can do. I left them alone in the house, quite comfortable with their honesty and responsibility. They went beyond my expectations on my project. I love the new basement that they remodeled for us. They were both professional and friendly.

The project is not finished yet, but thus far they have shown up on time and done what they were supposed to do with excellent craftsmanship. They have always responded immediately when we contacted them. The project is now finished, on schedule and according to what we wanted. We got exactly what we wanted for less than half the price of some of the other bids.

Mr Reyes took personal care to make sure that the project was done on schedule and of quality workmanship. I found the company to offer terrific value for their work. I would recommend to family and friends.
