"I would like to let you know what happened with this project. The homeowner calls us out to check his "Windows" for a water leak - we had the proper size ladder for the windows; however the technician confirmed that the leak wasn't from the window area. He said "if he had a taller ladder" he could get on the roof to see if the leak was at that location and he mentioned he would go back to the shop to get a taller ladder to be able to get on the roof. The wife said you dont have to do that we have one in the garage - so she offered that ladder. The technician was there for over an hour to help found where the leak was coming from. There were several leaks one was by the wall and the gutter (not our specialty but we caulked that area as a courtesy and found more areas of leaks by pulling up two roof tiles and found a leak between the roof and wall. Again not our specialty. FYI a leak detection company would have charged them $350 to find the leak. We charged $95 plus $30 for time and materials. We try to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability and it is unfortunate that some customers feel as though they were taken advantage of. Of course he didn't tell the whole situation at large. By the way the reviewer wasn't present for this service. His wife was there and seemed to be very satisfied."
