Actually it was Dixie home Crafters tha did the work.There rep was very knowledgable and thourgh, not too intense, and set price guarentee's good for year. A little hard sell on associated products but thats the nature of the game.

The salesman was professional, explained all information clearly and the time frame was quick. On top of the proffessionalism, the price was right for the quality of product and service. There have been a few hick-ups in the project but nothing detrimental that would prevent me from reffering Dixie Home Crafters.

The subcontractors who installed the gutters, I was not really impressed with them. After showing up hours later than expected, they rushed and finished the job. The next day it rained and water was leaking down underneath the facings and gutters. After contacting the V/P they came out the following week. They sealed along the top of gutters and some holes in the roof. Still some leakage.

The installation took forever, they first installed half the house wrong and all crooked and bumpy (supposed to be flat) so they had to remove and do it again. They sent guys that did not even specialize in siding they said they were window guys, then they had to be told how to put it up right and I had to show them with examples, a two day job turned into a month. Very unprofessional and seemed to not care, just tried to slip by with bad work.
