H & M Concrete Services, LLC

He was on time ,completed job on time, like he said he would. Work was very good.

On time, excellent pricing, and very good clean up after project.

Very responsive, very quick,and professional

Did what they said they were going to do . Showed up on time . Finished the job professionally. Was willing to work with me to make everything work.

Very professional. Very interested in performing the job to customer specifications. Knowledgeable and interactive. Pricing was very reasonable and job performed accurately and on time. Very customer oriented; even a follow-up after installation.

Arrived as promised..Left area clean...Listened to any concerns I mentioned.

Henry was professional and prompt. He came over immediately to provide and estimate and once selected was available the next day to do the job. While the concrete was still wet he did another check. Overall the patio looks good. However, the next day, we discovered a small part that had sunk and was not smoothed over. We called and sent emails a couple of times to have in come and fix it. He said he would take a look to see what he could do, but never showed up or returned the call. It was odd that he was so quick to come and do the estimate/job and get paid but not to eager to fix anything. So I guess we are just stuck with the flaw!

Knowledgeable Meet project requirements Detailed and Accurate implementation Timely Ease to work with did what he said he would do did it when he said he would do it
