Greg was very diligent in meeting a lot of "challenges" that occur when working under an "older" home. He was extremely patient and tested to make sure that all of the pipes work working properly before he left. It was a long, tedious day with little space to work in. He also suggested that I call an exterminator when he discovered black widow spider nests under the house, that could be a huge problem this spring. This was done, and I appreciate his calling this to my attention.

They called right away and they came out. He gave a price right away and did a complete job finding what the problem was and the heater is heating again.

Mike serviced our drain and did an excellent job. Leak was also partly due to a faulty faucet head, so he repaired that as well. Quote and end price were the same. Your company called us first thing this morning and arrived promptly just before noon as promised. We are 110% satisfied!!!

Very prompt service. Replaced 2 sump pumps and added third. Performed minor trenching and increased size of drainage pipes. Seems to have solved our basement flooding problems as we had heavy rains the day after they finished the job and our split level basement remained dry..

We were very pleased with the services that Mike and James provided to us. They were very thorough in their investigation of our problem of noisy vibration in our water pipes. They suggested options for trying to eliminate the noise but since it happens only sporadically, it is still a mystery about where its coming from. Mike also adjusted the water pressure on our regulator as it was too high at no charge to us. We will have Hallelujah plumbing come back to replace our pressure regulator. Once we can gather more information on the noise, we'll have them back to perform whatever repair will be necessary.

They had a saturday appt which was very nice. Plumber was on time, courteous and friendly. Did not take long to replace toilet.
