Ryan Major was our handyman and arrived on time and finished the project (fence repair) in 4 hours. Their estimate was 4-6 hours and he did a very thorough and professional job to include hauling away all the old fence and concrete. We liked this service so much we've already rescheduled them to build and install a kitchen cabinet. By the way even my neighbor commented on how great the repair looked, will definitely use these guys again when needed.

Overall it was a good experience. They were on time and here everyday they said they would be. They always cleaned up after themselves and treated me with respect. There was a misunderstanding about the placement of the sink, but they admitted it was their mistake and they made it right. Also, I wanted a corner cabinet over the sink and couldn't find one I liked, so they built one for me. In the end the bathroom turned out beautiful. It is just the way I imagined it would be.

They got here quick enough, spent a lot of time talking about what I wanted done only to find out the guy wasn't going to be here all day as I had requested and I wasted my time and money explaining jobs that he wasn't going to get too. He improperly installed a light fixture in the diningroom, adjusted the front door to open easier, if you can turn the doorknob, but now daylight shows all around it & didn't align anchors on mirror. He took 1 of my light fixtures to work on a mounting plate to install on the garage on his next trip. He took measurements to work on 3 carpentry projects. He never called me back. My calls went unreturned.

Hi -- you're rate & review buttons only go to very good -- you need one for excellent -- I was very pleased couldn't have asked for a more professional person (Rick was the person who worked for me). I had also put in a request for an electrician and ServiceMagic was unable to match me with one. But Handyman Matters was able to send out Rick who did both the carpentry and the electrical work that I needed done in one visit. Thank you very much for a very good match.
