Explained what was wrong with our tank system and how it was supposed to work. Explained what he was doing to test the old system. Explained the installation of the new system and gave helpful tips to keep it working. Highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, explained steps to identify leak, found leaks, repaired both and installed inside shut off valve for newly installed outside faucet. Evaluated booster pump, removed it and re-routed piping if I want to install a new pump later. Richard has 26 years 'fixing' naval vessels including nuclear reactors...he follows best practices and quality control at each step in the repair/replacement process. It's in his blood!

Came and inspected well. Then taught me how to do yearly maintance. Did not feel pressured to do any unecessay work.

We were very pleased that they came within a few hours and looked into all possibilities for the cause before wasting time fixing the wrong thing. Very knowlegeable. Did not try to offer mew equip. but repaired what was worn. Very impressed and will call them again.

I believe Hanley did a great job, very fast response - was at the house within two hours, and completed the job that day. They were very knowledgeable and was able to explain exactly in's and out's of why they did what they did. We were very pleased with their work and will not only use them again but will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I woke up on a Saturday in Febuary to no water. I looked at many local plumbers and well and pump companies on line and then went thre Servicemagic since I had used them before, They hooked me up with Mr Hanley. He was here in less than 2 hours and apoligized it took so long becasue he was attending a funeral. He had to change clothes. WOW I was impressed imediatley. It was cold (Feb) and misting rain off and on. He first tried to save my original pump to control the cost but was unable to (no charge for the attempt). He replaced the pump and made other correction to my well (some at no charge). I had my water back the SAME day. GREAT

Came out on New Year's eve and arrived within 1 hour of the call. They were very efficient and friendly. They checked the entire system, completed the work within an hour and didn't charge time and a half due to the holiday like the other companies said they would do. The part they used for the repair was much better than the original and we will likely not have the same problem again. Overall I was VERY happy with them and would highly recommend them.
