Kevin was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He was prompt and always let me know when he was going to be here and what he was going to accomplish. At first I thought the price to be a bit high but when he finished I realized the value of what I got for my money. He didn't try to "upsell" me for other things. When he left I felt truly satisfied with the completed job. Thanks!

This is an initial review without any experience of seeing if things are good for more than a week, but I expect all will be fine. They came out and provided a free estimate, set an appointment, kept it and did the job as promised. The entire transaction was handled professionally.

My door problem was a small one to the repairman. He looked at it, price was right and it was fixed in 30 minutes same day. I'm handicapped and he knew how important it was for me to get it fixed quick. He was very clean, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him to everyone.

I was told he would arrive at 8AM, but it was almost 11AM before he arrived. I called 3 times and was told he was on his way!! One of the jobs he quoted me a price for when he arrived he said he couldn't do. I sent an email saying I wasn't happy with the job he did,and wanted him to do it over. I have not received reply yet!!!

The guy did the outside part fine...went to lunch and came back a different person. He did the first bathroom o.k....still had lots to clean up. The last bathroom was done very poorly...he even left my bathroom sink full of paint. I had to repaint spots in both bathrooms...where I could reach. and scrape and scrape and scrape. Then when we were tallying up he couldn't figure out that 2.5 hours plus 2.5 hours was not 6 hours. Won't be calling them again.

"We are sorry for the issues described. None of these issues where ever discussed with the office or management by the customer during or after the completion of this project. This is despite the fact that our customer service representative specifically asked about her satisfaction before collecting her credit card payment over the phone. After reviewing the phone conversation recording, the customer claimed she was both happy with the work and tradesman. The math error was corrected before payment was requested. The customer only paid for 5 hours of labor not 6 as implied by the review. We will reach out again to the customer."

We did not have the ceiling fan installed, as the quote was a bit more than we wanted to spend at this time. We may do it later. The removal of a bathroom vanity was done neatly and moved into our garage for storage. The quote was fair and we were pleased with the work.
