Harmsen & Associates, Inc. maximizes real property value through simple designs & regulatory navigation. We anticipate and understand the development and infrastructure needs of our public and private clients, guide them through the issues they face, and deliver superior planning, surveying, engineering, and landscape solutions. Often, boundary issues can be solved by Harmsen rather than by judges, juries, attorneys & courts of law by having a "Boundary Line Adjustment or Agreement" prepared. Since 1970, Harmsen has provided hundreds of professional boundary surveys, every year, to the residents of Washington State. If a topographic map is necessary (perhaps for an architect), we provide topographic maps which contain the detail necessary for complete development without "surprises". Harmsen is an expert in providing Elevation Certificates and LOMA's. Once the design of the project is complete, construction staking will be necessary.
