Appointment window was for 4 - 6pm, but tech was delayed and did not show up until after 6. However, he was professional and completed the repair in a timely fashion.

Gentlemen who came to fix our dryer was very nice. He found out one of the wires had caught in fire and that s why I smelled burning rubber. They ordered the parts and were in within 4 days. They than came back in 2 days and finished the repair. If you pay in cash you get a 10% discount, so my $300 bill came down to $270. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use their services again in the future.
