They left more problems than when I started. They destroyed the wax seal on my toilet and didn't even want to put the toilet back after attempting to fix the blockage. They dug out front and never finished the job after numerous calls. After 6 months I got another plumber. Communication is absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy!

They broke my glass reptile enclosure and refuse to contact me back when I enquire about compensation for the loss of my very exspensive piece.

He did a great job!! He was friendly and very efficiect. He was able to detect the problem immediately. He came the same day that we called and he is close to where we live which is convienient for us. We certainly would call him again when we need him.

We had to reschedule our initial date due a previous job running over. No problem, Gary came out the next day on time and repaired my plumbing and added two new light fixture in my bathroom. The lighting was an add on since he was a licensed electrician. He also went to Home Depot w/ me to pick out the fixtures. Still a leak in one pipe and time was running short so we agreed that Gary would return at a later date to add the new washer needed to complete the repair.

Gary provided quick response in regards to fixing my boiler system and always easy to get in contact with. Very knowledgable as well as fair pricing.

I received an estimate to have a gas service line replaced from Hartman $ Sons. Their price was solid and was below that of the often vague quotes of their competitors. When a problem came up with instalation, they took care of it at no extra cost to me, although it was more expensive than their original method. I gave them fifty additional dollars as a show of appreciation.

Since I was the first one to use "Hartman and Sons" through ServiceMagic, I was taking a chance since no one had rated him yet. I needed someone to install a new built-in dishwasher, replacing a portable. I also needed all new piping connections and fixtures for a new kitchen sink. Also, I asked him to repair a dripping shower and bathroom faucet. He "just happened" to have the gaskets that I needed. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED AND WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP. He arrived exactly on time (to the minute!) and his truck which carried supplies actually looked like a small plumbing store. He made some suggestions that I declined and he did not make me feel pressured. He finished all the plumbing and cleaning up in under 3 hours. I considered the cost, not cheap, but VERY reasonable for the quality of work. I highly recommend this professional and will use him again for any future plumbing needs.
