They slapped some caulking around a hole and said the leak was fixed. That was last winter. Obviously, the leak was not fixed as we have a wet ceiling after the recent rains.

Paid a lot for small job and minimal service. Never got requested invoice. Left sidewalk, driveway & deck with roof gravel everywhere even though they had a blower with them. Just blew debris from roof down onto surrounding areas. Pleasant enough to work with, but I was not pleased enough to recommend them.

I had several roofing contractors come and look at the job. They left and I never heard from them. I guess the job was too small. Hatco promptly gave me a bid and lived up to it. If I need work in the future, I will call them first.

The response to reaparing a leaky roof was quick. They came, they saw, they fixed. Several hard rains and winds later the repairs are holding. They said if it started leaking again to call as they garentee their work. A little glitch over a coupon and the the bill was quickly resolved. I will recomend them. The price was fair. I will definately have them bid on a new roof when I get ready for that. Yhr crew were curtious and explained the details well.
