Misleading sale tactics. Told job would take 2 - 2-1/2 days, took 7 hrs. Lanfrank later said some jobs are quick, some take long time. "Quick ones make them the money, nothing wrong with making a profit." We were never told job COULD take 7 hrs. Nothing wrong with making a profit, but deceptive sales practices are wrong. Written guarantee for refund was worthless since no one will ever do the exact same job. Discharge pipe to be vented to the front of the house; instead it was vented to the back where water already is a problem. Paneling cut to wrong height and left in the rain. Never received 3 mold test results, almost 3 weeks. DO NOT USE!

"Some jobs do take longer than expected, some do not. We charge by the foot so if the job does take longer there is no additional cost to the customer. We guarantee the price on the contract will not change no matter how long the job takes. The customer was upset that the job went faster than expected. He has reported that his basement is dry since the work was completed."

Once the work started communication with my rep slowed greatly and the onsite follow up never happened. I was told the discharge to the street I already had could be used but the day of install it couldn't be used and I had to pay for a new one to be installed. I thought it was a little disceiving

"During the initial inspection it is impossible to know whether an existing discharge line, that was installed by someone other than Healthy Home, can definitely be used. We determined during the installation of the job that the existing line was clogged. If we would have used that line the customer would have had a BIG problem!! We cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions."

Very good and caring. There was actually dust in my basement. They sent over 2 guys to clean the dust off of my stuff in the basement. Plus I got a gift certificate to have my carpet and ducts cleaned.
