Well I must say "He showed up" On the other hand Jeff Herrera made some mistakes and left me with some messes outside and in. We now need to replace the carpet on our stairs and in the master bed room. He didnt put anything down to cover and protect my carpet when he was doing the Grout work and making numerous trips in and out. My shed needs to be repainted due to his helper dumping the old grout in my rock bed walk way and then trying to wash his tools off on the side of my new shed. The grout job itself is horrible . NOT A GOOD DEAL...DONT DO IT...

The work that was done was great. There were some issues with a lack of communication. Everything worked out okay in the end.

Jeff, the owner, is very polite and courteous with his service. He did an excellent job tiling 1500 sq ft of my house, and went above and beyond with the design and installation. His prices are very reasonable and he is an honest person.
