Would refer to friends in a heartbeat. Carpets hadn't been cleaned for over two years, and made them look new again. Price is a little higher than some, but you get what you pay for! Carpets were completely dry in 3 hours.

Service was done in sufficient time. Carpets were not "saturated" which is not necessary.

Mike was timely and efficient in completing the job.

We tried many solutions to remove cat urine smell from our carpet and thought we had to replace our carpet. As a last effort I went online and found carpet cleaning services. Mr. Hershey said he could help us and he was right. The odor is completly gone,saving us hundreds of dollars on new carpet.

Mike is very professional. He explained everything in detail, and gave suggestions on what should be done to clean my carpet. The price he quoted, was the price I paid. No hidden charges or fees. And he loves animals!!!

Mike did a great job cleaning our carpets and sofa's. I couldn't imagine anyone getting them any cleaner. He explained different types of carpet to us and was very personable. He also took care not to damage our furnature. He didn't clean someplaces we wanted him to but did them without hesitation when we brought it up to him. Mike was a pleasure to work with: He responded to our inquiry right away, his prices are very competitive, he was very knowledgable, and he was a pleasure to talk to and work with. And, most of all, he passed the Jasper (our dog) test. If Jasper likes him, then we know we made the right choice. Mike did a fantastic job on my carpets! I had messed them up trying to clean spots left by my dog and the carpet looked terrible! If you saw the before and after pics of my carpets you wouldn't have believed it was the same carpet! My daughter said the carpets look new! I was so pleased, I got an early start on my spring cleaning and washed all the baseboards in my house! I've told several people about Mike and I'd definitely use him again! Thanks Mike!
