Came and checked out my heat after the flood. I thought I had lost my whole heating system, but Mike Hickey said the main part of my furnace was ok. Just had to replace duct work. I thought I was so glad that he was so honest, he could have told me the heating system was gone. And it would have caused me I fortune. That I could not afford, I am unemployed and a widow. When I contacted Mike, I was initially impressed with his responsiveness. He came over as planned, and, after a thorough inspection, gave a fair and reasonable estimate. We agreed on a date, and Mike was prompt and timely. Though the project ended up extending over an extra day, it was due to the nature of the work, and it ended up working out. The price I paid was the amount on the estimate - there were no hidden charges or surprises. And the new boiler appears to be working perfectly. Overall very happy with the experience.

They did a good job and very clean. I asked for receipt that was suppose be e-mailed to me that I never got.

Came right out first thing Monday after we lost our heat Sunday night. He called when he was delayed, got our heat going right away, and drove all over to get a replacement part, kept me informed by phone, and also installed a new digital thermostat I asked for. A-1 job and nice guy and helper.
