DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND MY FAMILY. MY HUSBAND IS A NAVY VETERAN WITH ALS AND IS DYING WE WANTED TO UPDATE OUR BATHROOMS IN OUR HOME. THIS COMPANY REQUIRED US TO PAY OVER $10,OOO DEPOSIT IN WHICH WE PAID. THE JOB STARTED IN SEPTEMBER 2025 AND ITS NOW JANUARY 2026 THEY HAVE STOLEN THE REST OF THE MONEY ANOTHER ALMOST $7000 OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT AND THE JOB IS NOT FINISHED. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PHONE NUMBERS AND I JUST SENT AN EMAIL AND IT CAME BACK AS NO LONGER A VALID EMAIL. I AM GOING TO TAKE HIM TO COURT FOR THIS BECAUSE HE IS STEALING PEOPLES MONEY. I HOPE HE SEES THIS AND I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT I WILL NOT LET THIS GO.

From the initial contact the team at Higdon Home Network has been extremely responsive, timely, efficient, flexible and professional. They finished the work in a reasonable length of time and I am very satisfied with their work. The team is great and I highly recommend them. I had several "odd jobs" that had to be performed and when I asked for something additional they were flexible and accommodating. I thought the cost was very good!

Do not hire this company They give you a good story , but they did a poor job. very unprofessional Started out good until they got 50percent of the project done. Manager quit showing up, claimed he was sick. Sent people who didn't care how the job was done. Patch work on the walls look worst than I could have done. They did not finish the job. call them back many times to do what that had been told to do repeatly. They didn't care about quality After a month paint is chipping off the walls. They said the job would be done in two weeks. It took over two months I am very dissatisfied with quality of their work. The paint looks good now but will ill last. I have my doubts Do not believe their sells job. They wanted money for uncompleted work. I am in the process of completing their work that I paid for Use at you own risk

Would absolutely not recommend. Initial contacts were very positive and they were highly recommended. There were 2 thorough walk throughs before the project was bid and detailed discussions about the scope of the work. Once the initial deposit was made no work was started even though it had been promised several times that it would commence as soon as the house was unoccupied. Work was partially completed and not inspected by the owner of Higdon Homes when final payment was demanded. There were several additional tradesmen that were needed to complete and fix the list of projects that had been reported as completed by Higdon Homes. The work that was completed by Higdon Homes honestly was good quality but 80% completion with 100% payment demanded is not professional. What started off as a very positive experience deteriorated to substandard performance and several items were missing from the house. We will not use this company again.

Matt is very friendly and very responsive. Honest work and a fair price. And the young man that did the install was very respectful and got right to work and then he was on his way. 10 out of 10 recommend

Matt was awesome!! It’s always daunting to find a person to help with various tasks. Especially as a single mom letting a stranger into your home. Matt was incredibly kind, professional, prompt, friendly and even did a couple tasks on demand. I have found my handyman!! Definitely recommend!!
