Rushed through, no attention to detail or spotting. No cleaning along edges. Very disappointed. Definately would not recomend this service to anyone.

"Ronald, We are very sorry that you were upset with the cleaning. I need to respectfully say that you did not call to say you were unhappy with the service. Had you done so we would have come right out and fixed the problems for you. It is impossible to not clean along the edges of the carpet unless he is doing a traffic area. We are a family business and strive to make everyone happy. But you have to allow us the opportunity to fix "problems". Again we are sorry you were disappointed with our service and we thank you at least for the 4 stars you gave us...it shows we had to have done something that you approved of. Again we are sorry!"

They called me immediately, set up a time to come out almost immediately, was on time, and cleaned the 3 rooms that I asked to be cleaned in a timely manner. Don even cleaned my stairs without being asked and at no extra charge. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pee smell from my dog still lingers. And that is the whole reason I wanted the carpets professionally cleaned. At least they LOOK cleaner. :)

I used this family business for both my commercial and residential locations and I was very impressed! They were very thorough and made extra efforts to clean lots of duct tape & carpet tape adhesive off my commercial carpet. In fact, we set up on the day of the original cleaning a follow-up check-up touch-up appointment on those problem areas for the next week! This way I was assured that they were committed to giving me satisfaction-guaranteed service without me worrying about having to call them again and "angst-ing" if they would be reluctant or act "mad" about coming back ...! I'll definitely use them again!
