Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
We hired Hill back in 2008 and two houses ago. Since that time, we have used them on numerous other occasions for extensive landscaping on a new house and other miscellaneous yard maintenance at the next house which already had landscaping. They do excellent work.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. The communication on their end was poor and zero at times. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The work was well done and the crews were very polite. The only complaint I have is the length of time it took to do the work. I was told 10 to 14 days but it took twice as long! They do good work but if time is an issue be sure to put that in the contract.

Between timing problems of my own and crazy scheduling with Hill Horticulture, I am very pleased with the patience they all had with me on the project! From professional to going to extra mile in making several trips to our home, I cannot say enough good about the completion of this project! High lyrecommended!

Overall we were very pleased with the service. At times, the communication could have been better, but when I was clear with what I wanted they were clear with what they could do. We will probably hire them again next year to add flagstone to our back patio.

They sodded my front yard, layed out a flower bed and put decomposed granite in the area between the sidewalk and the street. The workers were very professional. The site was cleaned up after work was completed. They E-mailed instructions on how to maintain my grass and plants

We are very pleased with the work done by Hill Horticulture Inc. John Hill and his company did an excellent job on the yard and most especially on my trees. My live oaks look better than they have in years and the yard is outstanding. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and dedicated to their work. When they left you could never tell anyone had been working in the yard, all trimmings were removed all areas were cleaned. Thank you for an outstanding job

John was prompt to respond and really listened to what we wanted to accomplish. Once the date to begin was set the crew arrived in a timely manner and worked neatly as possible. It took 3 days to complete the work and each day the crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day. John and his forman have continued to be responsive and anxious to please. I couldn't be any happier with the experience. We were leary about doing any landscape work because we had been burned in the past. How refreshing to find diligent and honest people!

Outstanding service from start to finish. They are very willing to work with your schedule and don't bother you at all come work day. The estimate was very well written up and clear. I called a few times with questions and they were very helpful with helping me out each time regarding this project. The workers that came by to trim my trees were friendly and the job they did was outstanding, not to mention the great clean up job they did afterwards. very considerate in how they handled everything coming out of my back yard.

Fantastic. They were prompt, fair, and great communicators. Their design was exactly what we had envisioned AND they were willing to work with us to fit our project budget and timeline(s). The work crews were so polite and professional -- that's impressive! The whole project team gave us contact numbers and e-addresses so we could reach them any time. Also the left the finished project site clean.

Overall, I am satisfied with the work performed by Hill Horticulture. There were a few problems with the initial installation, but John Hill was great at making sure the issues were addressed and fixed. My yard looks very good now and the irrigation system is working like it should be. Thanks, John, for following through on this project and making sure the work was completed!
