They worked with me when I had a family emergency and had to change my installation date. They were polite, friendly, professional and even tolerated my singing. :o) They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I had a beautiful clean kitchen when they left and they did our small project in one day as promised! Out of the three contractors that gave me estimates on my kitchen remodel, I chose Home Quarters because of the timely follow up, professionalism and work experience (Wes came with pictures of past projects to our initial meeting). Despite some setbacks that occurred during the job (none of which were his fault), the kitchen was completed within what I felt was a reasonable amount of time and I'm very pleased with the results. I would recommend Home Quarters based on their courteous and professional manner, as well having a broad range of knowledge in all facets of home improvement.

Mr. Whitesides impressed us from day one with his candor and professionalism. Customer service was always his priority. He promptly returned every phone call and worked tirelessly to make sure we were completely happy with every decision and stage of our remodel. Every associate that was brought in to help on the project was equally as courteous and concerned with our satisfaction. We could not have been happier with our renovations. Wes Whitesides was great to work with. His candid discussion regarding estimate and scheduling was helpful. Athough the cost of the job ended up being nearly double the estimate he provided over the phone, Wes was still a little cheaper than the other estimates I received. I would hire Home Quarters again and would recommend them to friends and family.

It turned out that we had an emergency repair on the day Mr. Whitesides was scheduled to do our work. He was, fortunately for us, able to handle our emergency plus the original job; his work was professional and neat; and he charged a very reasonable rate. I was impressed by his persistance in locating a much needed part for our emergency repair.

Wes arrived on-time. Completed the job quickly. He gave me his card and let me know that if I have projects in the future, he would gladly come out.
