They did a quick and thourough job, but they were unable to keep alot of the stains from coming back again. I'm not sure if it's possible to keep some of these stains from coming back, so I'm unsure how to rate that part of the service. I had the house ready for them to clean when they got there and they were finished in 1 1/2 hrs. They were friendly and the carpet looked very good when they were done. I also thought that the price was very reasonable. Don't know what to do about the stains that came back though.

Dan is a super nice guy as are his two sons. They cleaned the carpets in my elderly mother's house and were very friendly and kind to her when they arrived. The carpets had a couple difficult stains that had been there for over a year and they were able to remove them completely. Dan's rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him because of the quality of his work, his efficiency, his customer service, and and his integrity. We will definitely use him in the future.

Hometown cleaned the carpets in a rental. The carpets were cleaner than I thought they would be since they were filthy. Took a long time to dry, but a little trade-off for the cleaning.

Dan was quick to contact me and had room in the schedule when I requested time. His cleaning was very fast and he even came back to re-clean a pet odor spot that was persistant. The carpets felt a bit stiff and wet for most of the day, but some fans and a vacuuming the next day were all that were needed.

After avery fast celaning, and upon drying there are still sp[ots on the carpet. I feel they should have treated them prior to cleaning

I have never had such a TOTALLY AWESOME experience like this in the carpet cleaning category! Dan was prompt, kind and very cooperative. His helper Dustin was a hard working young man. They both went above and beyond all expectations. Home Town Carpet will have my business from now on. They also clean tile and other types of flooring. Friendly, hard working, did a good job

Dan and Tony were great! They fit us in on short notice and did a very thorough job cleaning our rugs and furniture. We had some pet issues and they paid extra attention to those areas to make sure that the rugs were completely clean and odor-free. They worked fast and efficiently, and were enjoyable to be around. We whole-heartedly recommended them!
