Homes of Distinction did a very good job with my project (Addition to existing garage, new gutters, soffit, fascia, siding, and a new concrete driveway). They were fast, professional, and courteous. They handled all of the municipal building inspections, which helped me a great deal, as my job requires frequent extended travel.

They are new home builders not renovators. They took three times as long as they stated they would take and two times longer than we gave them in the contract to complete the project. The home was left unprotected during a storm twice and water penetrated inside soaking the insulation, drywall and carpet. Care was not taken removing trim and it was thrown around or snapped in half. We continuously had to notify the project manager about issues with the construction because he rarely inspected the work. Any stars provided is because the new work performed by their carpenters was excellent. They were very courteous to everyone.

"The Owner asked us to replace the Window Wells in a Mansord Style Roof with Windows Dormers and replace the Roof Shingles. The project was delayed due weather issues, but the Owner was notified of all delays. At Homes of Distinction we strive to see that all of our customers are satisfied, and after our Final Meeting the Owner had expressed that he was very happy with our work, and never mentioned any of these issues. We are taken aback by his comments and we apologize to the Owner for any inconvenience we caused you. We will continue to stand behind our work and stand behind our 1 year Builders Warranty that we give to all of our clients."
