About us
Hometown Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Frank Stoltz. Frank studied at the Pennsylvania State University and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering. He began his career in residential construction as a laborer and worked his way up to foreman, then moved on to became a Project Engineer in the commercial construction industry. These experiences gave Frank a unique perspective, allowing him to identify a need for a residential remodeling company where the customer comes first. Frank's unique approach is to use Value Engineering to provide you with the most "bang for your buck".
