He was timely in his arrival, started working immediately, identified problems that needed fixing, made suggestions, completed the work quickly and cleaned up all work areas to my satisfaction. He also asked questions about my furnace/air conditioner maintenance, explained about other areas of your business and sold me a maintenance agreement for heating and cooling. I gave my next door neighbor information about your compant the next day as she saw Matt working on the fence and decided she might need some repairs, too. I do not know if she called, but I did pass along your informaiton.

I was extremely satisfied with the work done, with the person who did it, and particularly with the price. My only complaint is that I had told the owner that we did not have some supplies we needed and she assured me the person coming would have it. He did not and my husband had to go to the hardware store to get it. However, I would definitely hire this company again, and just make sure all needs were spelled out clearly ahead of time.

The jobs I needed were done in a short amount of time. It was alot more expensive than what it looked initially. Use these guys if you are in a pinch, but you may want to look into a more specialized contractor for bigger jobs.

So far they have been really nice and provided me with the best quote. We have hired them but nothing has been done yet, I'd like to update the rating when things are done.

I was a little Leary of finding a service over the internet but I was running out of options and patience. In the past I had hired people who had been referred by family or friends. Sometimes it worked out but most of the time it didn't. They would either take forever to complete a job or they would end up leaving it unfinished and not coming back. I am happy to say that this was not so with Handyman Matters. They arrived when they said they would, did not charge more than the price I was quoted on the phone, worked very quickly, cleaned up, and their prices were very reasonable. I making a list of other things that can be done around the house and I will be calling this company back.

Responsiveness was great.. Quick estimate, and quick scheduling. They were very good about trying to keep the job costs down. However, the work area was somewhat dirty at the end and one part of the job wasn't performed as thoroughly as described in the estimate. Overall, I was satisfied and would use them again.

Scott of Handyman Matters did an excellent job and was very nice. Burt was also very nice and helpful. They follow up on things and keep in touch.
