Bathtub Installation and Replacement
told the job would start within 1 week but took 3 weeks. no clean up, didnt cover hall carpet. the measurements were incorrect. when the tub was removed there was a gap left between the floor & new shower floor pan. instead of finished mlg, a plain unfinished piece of wood & put down in gap. given unitemized final bill $260.00 over original estimate w/o explanation. told the job would be 2 days, took 7 days. arrived late. on some days came but stayed just a couple hours then left.

Mr. Hord is very accommodating in terms of schedule and showed up right on time. While it's only a small plumbing job - replacing a couple of toilets - they were well done. Very happy with his work and his price!
