My 5 year old electric oven did heat up. The repairman had to order a new main control board and thermastat. About a week later the parts came in and two repairmen had installed the new parts. I hope the oven works for a long time as this was the second time the oven quit working.

They were very prompt, courteous and fast...very impressive.

They showed up on time, were reasonably priced and did a great job. I will use them again.

They arrived very promptly. Tried to over charge us for a repair on our washer. He said $176 to fix washer. I asked him to tell me why- he explained- part for washer $75, repair $65 +$13 taxes= $153 not $176. Price for the part that I needed was $37.99 from Sears and $19.99 on line. HE TOLD A VERY BIG LIE- UNTRUSTWORTH COMPANY. PEOPLE BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!

These guys are about the friendliest, most respectful repair guys we've ever met. Great communication skills, very professional. These guys come out quickly, get right to the problem and don't try and upsell or sell you a bunch of parts that aren't needed. They fixed our Bosch fridge that was leaking for well under what we expected to pay. From the diagnosis to the part install it was about a week(only because I wasn't free any earlier). I would use them for any future appliance repair. Do not miss out on these guys!

Luis Martinez is the owner and did the repairs himself. He was very courteous and friendly and went to work right away. He was done in less than 1 hour for refrigerator repair. It's been working great ever since. Excellent job and quality work.

Luis called me within 5 minutes of selecting him. He was on time and was very honest with me that replacing my appliances would probably be more cost effective. We agreed on one of the appliances that it would be replaced. The second appliance we are still working through the manufacturer to obtain the cost of the part. Luis has stayed after the manufacturer to obtain this information. He offer to haul away any appliances at no charge to me. Would definitely use him again.

Although they didn't have the part needed in stock, the technician was able to get it within a day or two just as he said. Tech was couteous and prompt. I feel they were thorough and charged a fair price.
