- Jim Godwin did not communicate with us very much to let us know what was going on. We had to initiate most calls to him to even get updates on the remodel status. - Jim was never on the job site, only to collect a check. - Huron Cabinet veered off the agreed upon schedule of work completion and took over one full month past the targeted completion date to finish; again at our prompting. - bathroom tile was damaged during installation of a new floor. - kitchen cabinets were damaged which delayed the remodel project. - appliances were damaged and project crew did not do a very good job of clean-up. - final punch list completed by us

"Its unfortunate when you have a customer you can't make happy no matter how hard you try. We built a visqueen wall around the entire kitchen to control the dust and debris. The Project was on schedule and we came out on the Saturday 24 hours after the granite was installed to install the sink. Feel free to discuss this with Jim."

Our overall experience with Huron Cabinet Center was exceptional! The customer service we received was outstanding. Jim and his crew were prompt, efficient and polite and took the time to follow through on a regular basis with communicating next steps in the process. We were impressed with everything from the initial visit through the completion of the job. Our kitchen looks fabulous now and a place we definitely will congregate in often! It was exactly what we anticipated and then some! The woodwork for the stairwells and banister are beautiful, as well as the oak cupboards. We love the granite countertops and all of the suggestions that Jim came up with to make it a homey, efficient kitchen! No more eating out for us now that we have our new kitchen to cook in! We would highly recommend Huron Cabinet Center for any of your kitchen needs.

Jim Gowin and his team far exceeded my expectations with the quality and timeliness of their work. I am 100% pleased with his work and the cabinets and countertop selected. I would highly recommend Huron Cabinets. Jim was very patient with my many questions and concerns (my first kitchen remodel). He answered every question and did everything he said he would do. Same with his staff.
