Ideal Appliance Service

I called on Saturday; tech called right away. We had a Monday appt scheduled. He called Sunday morning and told us he could be right over! The problem was fixed that morning! Very accommodating! Service call was $149; seemd high, but we know that's the going rate.

Very nice, arrived at scheduled time.

He showed up on time. Fixed the problem, cleaned up and the bill was what I expected.

The gentleman was very nice and fixed our washmachine in about 30min. Great job all cleaned up an working. Thanks for your help. Nancy P.

In spite of a couple of scheduling complications on my part George was most co-operative in arranging the service call according to my schedule and arrived at the time to which we agreed. Unfortunately he was not able to repair the washing machine and I had to buy a new one. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors and will definitely call him again should the need arise.

Well, he said there was no fee for the estimate and that was because there was no estimate.

George was knowlegeable, prompt and courteous. He has been in the business many years and was able to "repair" the problem without repairing or changing anything. With all that said, he was on the high side. $75.00 for 10 minutes. He should have told me in advance what his fee was. He did say if I didn't like his price for replacement or repairs, the service call is free. What he DID NOT state that his minimum service call is $75.00. Other than that I was satisfied with the service.

After calling for an appointment, George was at my home within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it (igniter switch for broiler in oven). All in all a positive experience. I would recommend and use him again.
