Washing machine repair. Showed up within a day or so and found problem within an hour but did not have part and could not do the work for over a week because he would be away from my area. Total cost for part and installation/house call would be about $60 (including tax) less than a new similar machine. I chose not to have the work done.

Very efficient and courteous. He was not able to come on the original date and time agreed upon, but called be with an explanation and made me the first customer on the following date. Price was very reasonable. There is no doubt that I will use him in the future.
