Carpet - Install
This contractor hired sub-contractors to complete their work and did not pay them. Now my property is being liened by their sub-contractors. AVOID THIS CONTRACTOR!!

We had a limited amount of time to get our home ready to sell. Jason did a great job working within our timelines. The wrong cove base was installed & Jason had the correct cove base installed on the next business day at no cost to us. Great customer service!

A mistake was made at the warehouse resulting in the wrong color of cove base being installed. Jason, one of the owners, caught the problem and called me within 24 hours of the installation, informing me of the error and arranged to install the correct cove base, at no cost to me. The worked was completed within 3 days from the original installation. I was impressed with how Jason handled the incident and backed up their work so much so that I hired them to do some tile work for me.

Ideal Interiors NW was fantastic. Within an hour of talking to Jason he was in our home to assess the situation and give us an estimate. On a three day weekend. The work was done quickly and my floor looks great now. They did a great job of communicating with us the whole time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

So far my experience has been excellent but no work has yet been performed. They presented a very professional bid, stated all the options and explained the work that needed to be done. The work is being scheduled now and I expect excellent results. According to Washington State Labor & Industries these guys are gold, so I'm willing to go with that for now. Check back in about a month when the work is done.

They replaced our vinyl kitchen floor that had been damaged by a leaking pipe. We got 3 bids on the job, and theirs was the best by about 25%, and the floor looks great. Very happy with how it came out. Would definitely use them again.
