Illiana Wildlife Services

Very good job completed Within a reasonable time Very nice people

Excellent customer service. Tech was very knowledgable and well prepared to complete the job.

Pest control is a rough business and they took care of a house with multiple possums. They went out several times to trap and kept at the original quoted rate. They also made some repairs to stop the issue from continuing. I would highly reccomend

Abe was late for his appointment. He was a real nice guy that is overworked. He didn't find anything in my attic. He put wire mesh over the pipes and checked for ways pest could enter attic. He charged 200.00 which was a lot until he said he would apply to the 300.00 they charge to get rid of small animals if needed to be called back out.

My yard was being destroyed by moles. They were very up front about effective treatment would be. Moles may come back. They are very good about monitoring traps. If moles come back I will hire them again

The owner Bob Jansma was very prompt and professional. Although the raccoon was not caught due to the transient nature of raccoons during this time of the year Bob has taken steps to prevent the raccoon from entering my attic again. I would recommend him to anyone having an animal problem.

He came out whenever I called him; quick turnaround; very helpful

Quick response .They located the problem, relocated the squirrel family . Very Kind , proficient, and exceptionably reasonable on pricing.

The project was pest control and it went very well. He was there when we needed him. Final project turned out good.

Bob came out every day, including the 4th of July to check the traps he had set for the raccoon family under my house. Even though he was not able to catch the raccoons, he did scare them out from under my house and gave a guarantee that if the problem recurred, he would come back free of charge. He was very professional and I would recommend this company for any wildlife problem you may have at any time.

Robin trapped a family of squirrels in less time than I was quoted and patched the opening very professionally. Robin came by every day for three days and promptly removed the cages. Yes! I have , in fact, recommended Robin to a family member. I am very pleased with the service I received.

They did the work that they said they would and were very professional.

They were prompt.

Raccoons are horrible creatures when they take up residence in your attic. Bob was quick to respond and set the traps better then any I've called in the past. His patch work seems like it should last. He did spray some up there to help with the feces and urine smell. I only wish his quote to repair wasn't so high. If only....

It was a great experience with the provider. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thanks for his professionalism!

Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Wish I had called sooner I give them a 10 very positive compassionate and assured me that it would be taken care of .I pray that I dont have to call again but I will if have to. I thank u again and wish them much sucess for for solving the situation of the squirrels in walls and sealing up the holes. Very timely I called on friday he was there monday.

Good service and very professional. Took care of the problem. Sorry I didn't call sooner to rid the attic of squirrels. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very fast response and very professional. Did an excellent job for a fair price. Came in and did the job and didn't harm the bats. Got them out but no way for them to get back in. Knew all state laws.
