These guys are awesome. While I was having all of my kitchen appliances replaced, James and Adam came out almost immediately and were able to do the requested job (fix dishwasher connection), as well as an additional job (installing a plug inside a cupboard for a microwave connection). They also happily carried out my old refrigerator, which was a huge relief, as the appliance installers essentially told me that I would have to figure out a way to remove it myself. I would highly recommend Impact Electric, and will call them whenever I have electrical needs!

Jim came out to give an estimate. He was on time and very polite. He trouble shot and fixed a small problem even though I hadn't yet hired him. He said that it was no problem and a simple fix (5 minutes). He said that even if I hired someone else, no charge for the troubleshoot. That sold it for me. He installed/wired 2 carriage lights, cleaned up his mess, and was done in less than 2 hours. His prices are reasonable also. I have him contracted for another project as well.

I had an appointment scheduled but apparently there was a misunderstanding and Jim thought it was earlier so we missed one another the first time. However, I re-scheduled. He was a few minutes late but called to let me know, which to me was great. He wasn't the cheapest but he took the time to come by to give me an estimate, while the other guys quoted over the phone. Would recommend.
