Good work and very fast. The best rates I could find for labor and equiptment. I was out of town when I had my a/c (heat pump) installed and Nick came back a week later when I had returned to show me everything he did and how it all worked.

It was more like having a good friend helping us out, instead of a contractor. Nick, with Impact Heating and Cooling was the first person to come to our home to provide us an estimate for service, but not the last. We met with a total of eight vendors. We needed to replace our air handler to our heat pump system. After discussing our needs, Nick provided us with alternatives. The unit that we selected runs so much better and quieter, and is matched so much more closely to our heat pump than the original one that was flood damaged. The installation, the price, the consideration for the needs of us and our home were excellent. My wife and I recommend anyone to include Impact Heating and Cooling when you are searching for estimates. They are top notch!

Nick was very open to what I wanted and offered me options throughout the process. He was very easy to work with and was on time, did what he said he'd do. attentive, cooperative, helpful, he followed through on everything we talked about and for an extremely good price. I'm having him back in the spring to make sure my air conditioner is up to snuff. I would get other estimates for a job like this but I'm very happy I went with Impact Heating!!!

I had a small job.......Extend the existing duct work into a new room I was finishing and do a regular annual service of existing systems......Nick made it over early the very next day, so I was able to proceed wih the rest of my DIY project on a timely basis. And all at what I considered a very fair price. I would definigtely use Impact Heating again!

Nick Pilat (and crew) provided excellent service, described and presented various options, explaining the pros and cons of each, and provided a creative solution to some tricky reducting that I had requested. Some of the other bidders didn't show the same level of willingness to solve these problems. There were no hidden costs, all permitting passed inspection, and all paperwork for tax credits and rebates were filled out and sent to me without issue. The work was completed in a timely manner allowing my wife and I to remain in the house even while the heat was out for a few days to due the complicated conversion from oil to gas.

Nikolay was outstanding. He helped us choose which heater and fllter system to use for our home, answered all of our questions, had the best price, and had excellent service. What more could you ask for? We were very pleased. thank you.

Nick was very professional in his personal and business presentation, as well as excellent with getting back to us with the bid and gave us full disclosure of all equipment options, labor services and warranty upgrades. His crew was very professional and pleasant and he was on site for the duration of the two day job. The city inspection went flawlessly even when we were told by another contractor from service magic (that we did not choose) that we would have to do a costly move of our power service to meet city requirements. This would have been a needless cost. We value Nick's expertise, honesty and follow thru. Highly recommend.
