Impact Homes, Inc.

We couldn't be happier with our kitchen remodel! From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality work. They transformed our outdated kitchen into a beautiful, functional space that exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is outstanding, communication was excellent throughout the project, and everything was completed on schedule. The crew was respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and paid close attention to every detail. We receive compliments from everyone who visits, and we truly enjoy spending time in our new kitchen. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen renovation. Thank you for making our vision a reality!

This job involved removal of old walk-in shower tile, repair of dry rot in framed walls, installation of new tile, and repainting of room. Tile work and wall repair was done well; finish work, i.e. wall joints between tile and drywall, texturing and, above all, painting was unacceptable. After several call backs for the finish crew, we were still left with open gaps in walls, thin and uneven paint with very poor cut-ins. There were extensive paint splotches on countertops, bathtub and towel racks since the painter did not use masking tape or drop cloths. We finally just gave up and chose to do the finish work ourselves investing about 40 man hours in repainting, grouting and caulking, and generally cleaning up the sloppy paint work.
