My 25 years of remodeling experience provides me with the experience to interpret your home's age, architecture, style, neighborhood concerns, market value and design trends to provide you with the most value for your money. 7. Impact will listen to your needs and concerns to ensure your project is done the way you want it. 8. Impact will handle all phases of the job, from getting the permits to cleaning up the site and hauling away all debris. 9. You will always know what we're doing and why we're doing it. You will receive a detailed scope of work description along with a job schedule and daily updates by phone, in person, or by e-mail, on the status of your project. 10. Every job we build comes with a one year written workmanship warranty. 11. Impact carries General Liability Insurance to protect you and your property. Do not take it for granted that other remodelers do the same. Let me assure you that most do not. 12. All of Impact's skilled trades' people are covered by workman's compensation or accident insurance. This is so important because it protects you in the event that there is an accident. 13. Everything is included and given to you in writing. There are no hidden surprises. 14. Final cleaning is part of our job process. Unlike other remodelers, we will bring in a cleaning crew at the end of your project to clean the areas of your home that we have worked on. When we are finished your home is ready to enjoy!
