We signed a contract in early February 2026 for a patio extension and paid a deposit of more than $8,400. No work was ever started or completed. After repeated delays and poor communication, I temporarily cancelled the project. On May 7, I gave Ron approval to restart, but other projects were apparently moved ahead of ours, causing additional delays. I went to the company's office to express my concerns, but they were not adequately addressed. On June 2, Ron said we were in the queue and should start the following week. By June 15, no one had shown up. Delays continued through mid-to-late July, with explanations including a broken foot, being out of town, and a wrecked van. I finally cancelled the contract and requested my deposit back. Ron's attorney subsequently stated the company would not return my deposit.
