Have about 35-40 pieces of bad sod, tried to contact the office, No return calls, went there in person to complain, STILL NO contact at all. I have heard that they are no out of biz.

They promised to complete our job by a certain date due to an upcoming property inspection @ our facility. As that inspection drew near their communication gradually ceased & we were left with a chinch bug chewed lawn for the inspection. Lesson learned.

Mike was very quick and responsive. He called when he said he would and he was on time. Very professional. The price was higher than expected, but I am pleased with the quality of his work and his ideas. He gave me a competitive price for lawn and garden treatments. I can't stress enough how pleasant and professional Mike was.

Integrity First went above and beyond to meet my scheduling hours, however after the job was complete I will have to call them back since one of the sprinklers installed is leaking water from the sides of the sprinkler.
