David was very professional, it was our consultation appointment. He answered every question I had and gave my several options to choose from. I was going to get estimates from several companies before I made my decision. David's professionalism made me decide to use Interior Door Concepts.

These guys know their stuff, they are experienced and very professional with presentation and materials. One thing that I would suggest is, get photo's of ordered stained doors or better yet have them bring stained samples of the type of wood you want before you pay. You may not agree with their stained color choice; and now you are stuck with a bill and a door that is non-refundable.

David and his crew were very professional. His crew (Dallas, Alejandro, and Nicholas) were punctual and began work as soon as they arrived. I could tell they were meticulous as they worked on the installation of our French doors in our study. It took them about 4 hours to complete the work. During the last stage of the installation, David arrived to inspect the work. They proceeded to correct any deficiencies he noticed. End result, French doors that have added privacy and beauty to our study. Absolutely awesome. I will recommend Dave to anyone.

For a fresh new look to a 30 year old house I decided to change out all the downstairs slab doors for a molded design along with new hardware. I also ordered three custom designed doors for the Upstairs Master bedroom area which was not a problem for the Company. All door Installations fitted perfectly despite age of house. The confidence of the Representative was the selling point and how very glad our family were with the results.
