The person did a good job, however, he didn't have all the tools he needed, asked me for an extension cord and didn't leave a surge protector.

They email an estimate and arrived on 2/13 at the appointed time as promised. The crew was courteous and answered my questions. They did a clean job and promised to return on 2/14 for some follow-up work. The follow up work was not completed. I had to spackle, prime, sand and paint the hole in the wall. This repair is visible after painting and my wife is angry. They promised to send a better wall plate to cover the hole where the cables exit behind the TV. This was never done.

Interstar was very affordable and quick. Within 48 hours of my ServiceMagic request, they not only contacted me, but came out for a free estimate. After discussion what I needed to have done, they were able to install and mount my 50 inch flat screen right then and there. They did a great job and I would use them again.

The work performed was basic and took less than 1 hour to perform. They charged me $650.00 and only mounted the TV. The mounted TV tilts up toward the ceiling rather than down toward the viewer. No cabling or connection was performed. They were difficult to contact and communicate with unless they were at my home. I would not refer them nor would I use them again. I was very disatisfied.

I was communicated dates that did not happen without a clear explaination of when things would happen. When they did come out, they were excellent, did exactly what I asked and did the best installation job I've ever had done and this is my 10th. The installer was professional, considerate and did a first rate job. I will use them again, but I will be sure we are very very clear on our delivery dates. Job well done.

Although they were late the first time, causing a re-schedule, the final install was on time and quick. The install was clean and the process and plans were clearly explained. The job was done neatly and clean. I would use them again.

The work seems thusfar to be good. And they were friendly. However, they failed to show up on the day scheduled and did not call to reschedule. At that time they also did not answer their phones for an 8-hour period. The day of the 2nd appointment they arrived hours late & did not bring the right equipment, so it had to be rescheduled again. At the third appointment they arrived many hours late and were "unable to find parking" but wanted to start work (on what was ultimately a 2-hour job) after 10:30 PM on a weekday. On the 4th try they did the job I hired them for. Good job. Very friendly people but wasted a great deal of my time.
