At J&B we realize that service covers more than repairing the equipment. We understand the criticality of the failure. When a server is down, the customer is down. This is critical. When a PC is down, an employee may not be able perform his or her job function. This is less critical. Service to J&B means minimizing operational downtime for our customers. J&B offers a variety of options on maintenance service. We tailor our service to match your requirements for on-site service or depot repair. With depot repair you have a choice of advance exchange or repaired and returned of the equipment. With on-site maintenance, you make select a fixed cost contract or chose to maintain your equipment on a time and material basis. In either case, the high usage parts are stored at the service location. In addition to providing maintenance on computers and related equipment, J&B can also provide installation, moves and changes on your voice and data lines within the State of Texas. Our technicians are certified and are very knowledgeable on CAT 3, CAT 5e and CAT 6. All have been in the business for a minimum of three years and our supervisors have over seven years experience. We handle both cable and fiber optics for commercial and structured wiring environments. All work is warranted against defect and workmanship for three years. All cables are tested and we can provide cable certification reports on each installation. We can cover the complete job. Pulling and testing the voice and data cables; configuring and installing the wiring closet, installing and connecting the server and computers on the network and maintaining the equipment on the network. Our specialty is computers and computer related equipment. Our maintenance philosophy encompasses the team concept where both the customer and J&B are members of the service team. The team's objective is to minimize the customer's machine downtime. To accomplish this, J&B stocks high failure spares at our service center and provides a quick response with trained field personnel to the service calls. The customer provides failure information, documentation and necessary software. To further this team spirit, we make every effort to insure the customer has the same J&B service representative on all their service calls. At J&B we are truly "compelled to excel".
