I thought Jerry Jones and his staff of workers were excellent. They were very polite, and finished the job. We were very very pleased with what they had done. He was prompt, informative, professional, called when there was a problem (a family emergency), worked well with the other contractors working at the job site, cleaned up after themselves----and I was able to "buy local"---he carries Simonton windows that are manufactured here in WV, so that was also a plus
