Jay was recommended to me by a general contractor in my town. I have needed his services emergently a couple of times. He was always available and solved our issues in an expedited manner. I give my highest recommendation and trust his judgment and integrity.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
J Johnson was very prompt in responding to my call. He quoted price on the phone and came to my home at the time decided. He works on his own so I knew he was the one who would do the work for me. Very fast, personable and professional with nice demeanor. He did excellent job very quickly. When I had a problem with one of the faucets, he came back the same day I called, and fixed it.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
J Johnson was very prompt in responding to my call. He came to my home and assessed the work I wanted done. He gave me a price that was in the range of the others but he did it without a lot of wavering. I felt more confident that his price was legitimate and not "fluffed". He has a nice demeanor and I found him very easy to work with. I definitely will use him again and have recommended him to my neighbors.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Mr. Johnson was prompt and made a suggestion about putting in a pan under the water heater with a pipe connecting to the sump pump-something I knew nothing about. If the water heater should ever spring a leak, the water would drain into the sump pump.

Got the job done quickly, while I was still waiting on other contractors to show up. Another contractor didn't even show up.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
While it took a long time for us to finally get to the point of making an appointment for the repairs due to communications and other issues, when he did finally come, Jay did an excellent job on the repairs in my home. He works on his own so I knew he was the one who would do the work for me. He received excellent reviews from two of his clients. I highly recommend Jay.
