Good price for hot water heater...excellent job with installation.

Although John arrived late, he worked hard, answered questions, and explained what the problem was and how the new part would work better. John was very through and left the job site clean when he was done.

The price he quoted was excellent. but we did not got the receipt of our work plus the related documents like warranty papers of new water heater.

The garbage disposal was installed without any problems. The plumber did not have any business cards to identify the company or himself and he did not have any invoices with him for the work which would have also identified the company. The plumber said that he would e-mail an invoice to me and that has not occurred. The work was okay but personal identification for personal security concerns me. I might refer them but hope this comment changes their introduction for future customers.

I was very satisfied with the order and competence of their work in installing the water heater with new drain pain and expander tank, and I certainly would call them again, and refer them too, with no problem. The plumber was pleasant and courteous. He was able to give an accurate quote over the phone and came out on time the next day to repair the faucet.
