Jaco waterproofing had a worker come out and tell me they would be able to waterproof my basement. I told them that it leaked from the floors and the walls. Their worker said they could fix that. Now, after one year, my walls are leaking. Jaco stated that their warranty doesn't cover leaks from walls. The said they worker who told me this "doesn't work there anymore." I would not use them. I paid $10,000 of them to tell me it isn't covered and they could send someone else out for a quote.

Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated!! I had Jaco come out to install 2 sump pumps. I listened to their recommendations on where to place the outlets for the systems. As they claim on their website: "We understand that every home is unique, and we take into account factors such as the size of your basement, the water table levels in your area, and the specific needs of your property." Turns out they DO NOT analyze the water table levels or specific needs for your property, they guess! There is now a 4X10 Foot section of my backyard that is ruined and stays flooded with water. It's so bad that the water actually sits above the outlet allowing debris to make it's way into the sump tube. Upon calling multiple people there and explaining my situation, they said they can't do anything to make it right other than charge me the full amount to have it moved which is another $1,000.00 + job that my family cannot afford. They took zero responsibility for the ill-advised placement of the sump

Jay did a great job. We had some timeliness issues where I had to get things done alot faster, gotanswers alot faster, then a Monday thru Friday answered. And sent some emails on Saturday and Sunday. And visited the property on Sunday to give me an estimate. So he did a fantastic job, difinitely have been more pleased than any other contractor that I've ever used.

They were very nice and told us exactly what would happen and that is what happened. They even over estimated so our completed total was actually LESS than they told us! Very good customer service.

well it didnt start out very good,we had an appointment and he didnt show up or even call me. i made a couple of phones call too let them no i was not happy. after that he showed up and they did a very fine job. i would recommend this company.

Jaco employees were prompt and professional. The forman, Jay, was knowledgeable and gave us confidence that the job would be done right. Jay was always available by cell phone. The work was done on time and at the estimated price. We have already recommended the company to our neighbors.

I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone. They wrote a bid, came out right away and did a great job. I can tell they take pride in their work and want you to be happy with it. We had a misunderstanding on what needed to be done, when we called them after they had already been out that day, they came before 8AM the next morning to make everything right. They were honest men and wanted to make their word good. Not only that, but they were reasonable in price and did an outstanding job on our project. Will actaully have them out again to do some other waterproofing work around the house.

Very knowledgable, very professional. Did work that was less expensive where possible. Had to do extensive digging in one area. Came back after settling and cleaned up the area. They were timely with the 2 repair work days and the one clean up day. Would not hesitate to recommend Jaco.

They scraped paint off the wall and left the paint chips on the floor. They did not leave clear instruction on how to "clean up" the things they left in the wall? I need to follow up with them.
