Jacob and his team did a fabulous job cleaning and repairing the deck. Afterwards we hired him to paint our exterior trim and again did a great job. Highly recommended!

Jacob had the best pricing and was flexible. It took a little longer than he had initially planned but he still did a very good job for the price.

Jacob was highly professional and timely. He was not the lowest bid but struck me as the most honest and included extras that others omitted. He told me from the beginning that one board near the roof would need to be replaced and that the outside would take two coats of paint. No one else included this in their price quote even though I could see bare wood and a visable hole and knew it would be required. The job looks great, he cleaned up afterwards, and was very polite. I will use him again. My neighbors commented on how good the house looks. It makes me happy to see it.

The work has not yet been completed. We have scheduled a Novemeber 4-5 date. I'll let you know how it goes. There was a significant difference in estimatesates though. Interesting.

provides a good value, especially if you are willing to do somethings yourself, e.g. reinstalling electric switch plates) The key is getting everything down in writing. An all-inclusive job is easy, but a partial job is hard to capture in writing. I will use again.

I used Carthage Home Service. From the time he came to initially talk to me to the final product, this man was highly professional. I also was fortunate in that he was the least expensive but that is not why I hired him. Bryan's Painting - all Bryan did was talk about what he did and not once asked what I wanted. Jacob's Quality Painting was 30 minutes late for our initial meeting and two days late on the bid he promised me. Obviously I thought this indicated he wouldn't be here when he said he would to paint. Sami clearly was interested in what I wanted done. I would recommend him to anyone who needed professional work done!!

They did a pretty good job, but we ran into a problem with the contract and haggled about that for a little bit, but it did work out.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and especially with the speed and ease with which the job was handled.

Jacob did an excellent job painting our entire townhome. I had drywall work needed in addition to painting which he did very well. My 10 year old home looks brand new. Jacob was very courteous, informing me each day of the progress. He cleaned and vacuumed after painting. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use him in the future.

Jacob did a good job painting the entire interior of our house. We were impressed right away with his professionalism - of the 4 painters we chose to get estimates from, he was the only one to show up on time, and his quote was the most detailed - we knew exactly what work was covered in the quote. While his bid was not the absolute lowest, we felt he would do a good job, and he did. We'd use his services again in future. Cleanup was a bit of an issue - we had to clean some paint off cabinets, and towel rods were installed upside down - but overall, we were satisfied.

Great job and competitively priced!

Jacob and I did not see eye to eye, to say the least. Communication lacked and I did not feel valued as a customer. He did not finish the job in the time frame requested and when he said the job was completed I was disappointed in the results. He had to come out 2 extra times to re do the power washing as the house looked worse after the inital washing than before.

We love the guy. He was the model of what a good business person should be -- I wish there were more honest and hardworking people like him. We couldn't be more happier.

Jacob is well spoken, very professional, and will go above and beyond expectations to do the job right. I will certainly call Jacob again when I need help.
