Jim did a good job. He gave realiistic estimates up front, and followed up in good time. Helped us in some areas beyond my expectations. I felt the labor charge was reasonable, but had nothing else to compare with, since we had not taken other quotes. He came across as a very polished professional. I will most likely use his services again in future.
