The way this company treats customers is horrific. I have American Home Shield and twice they sent this company to my house for a repair. The first time, the technician pulls up and my dog was playing in the yard. The technician got out of his car, saw the dog, yelled out, "OH HELL NO!" and got back in his car. He cracked the window and told me to put the dog away. I apologized and said I had no where to put the dog (I didn't). He drove away. The second time, he was again sent to my house by American Home Shield. I had requested they not send him because of my last experience. He comes into the house to check the furnace. He introduced himself very nicely. My dog was in a cage because she is recovering from surgery. He was very standoffish while examining my furnace. Just had an attitude. He needed to order a part. A few days later he is outside my house and I am returning from taking my dog for a checkup at the vet. I let the dog out of the car and get my baby from the car. The dog is happily wandering around the front yard. She goes over to him to check him out and then carries on happily prancing around my yard, uninterested in the technician. The technician, Mark, shouts at me, "You need to lock that dog up." to which I replied, "Sir, this is my house and I don't NEED to do anything, BUT, if you ask me nicely, I will be more than happy to put my dog in her cage." Mark yelled, "You need to lock up that dog right now!" I replied, "Just ask me nicely, say Please put the dog away and I'll be happy to do it." At that point Mark started making snarky comments under his breath. He said something to the effect of, Oh I'll show you what I have to do. then he said, "I have heat at my house". And then he drove away. I contacted American Home Shield and they are sending a new company. Then to add insult to injury, This company, Mark's company Jazz Aire called me this morning and wanted a $65 return fee. The customer service at this company is terrible. I would never recommend anyone use this company.

Jazz Aire Appliance Servicr provides personalized service at very fair rates. I found them to be punctual and extremely honest. I would highly recommend Mark's firm. If you call anyone else for HVAC service you will most likely pay too much!

Great courteous personnel, phone or during visit. Provided additional advise on refrigerator freezer settings. Would not hesitate to use again.

I contacted Home Advisor about a leek in my refrigerator and Mark from Jazz Aire responded early the next morning. He scheduled for later in the day then called to move up the appointment due to a cancellation. He was prompt, friendly and very efficient. He completed the job within an hour, reviewed with me the details of what was done and what to look for in the future.

Making my appointment was easy, they accomodated my short time period to be able to get an appointment. Mark arrived, clean, on time, polite, professional and knowlegable. He went beyond just a repairman. Gave me great ideas on a project that he wasnt even there for. Pricing was more than reasonable, I was neft with the feeling of being ripped off.. I would highly recommend Jazz and I am quiet sure I will be calling him again....

Repairman arrived 5 min early (when does that ever happen) and was polite and courteous. He fixed my drier quickly and was on his way without any kind of hassle or mess. Thank you.

Mark the owner of Hazz Aire calked me immediately and squeezed me in ASAP. He was punctual and extremely informative about everything he was doing to my air conditioning unit. He was upfront with the work that needed to be done and the price. There was no game playing. He was great. The work was done perfectly. I would highly recommend him!

I would higly reccomend Jazz Aire to anyone looking for quality appliance repair. Mark was prompt, courteous and efficient!! He diagnosed the problem with my stove immediately and proceeded to fix it at a very reasonable cost. I was preparing dinner within the hour !! Excellent service !!

Mark, the owner, is knowledgeable and concerned about the work he does for his customers. And even more important, he returns phone calls and he arrives promply at the agreed upon date and time.
