Very hard working, but initially stated tht they (two of them) would charge $60/hour. However, the last day, only Sal worked. He worked 12 hours and charged me $60/hour even though I mentioned that the rate initially agreed upon was for two workers at that rate. As a result, I felt over charged for the last 12 hours.

I was very pleased with J. Bros. Construction. Salvador takes real pride in what he does. He found innovative ways to solve puzzling construction problems, and accomplished just what I wanted. I had started with another contractor who did not follow through on his many promises to start my job "the next day," "the next week" etc. creating many weeks of anxiety while my property was scheduled for appraisal; so it was a special pleasure to have the job completed by Salvador who cared about my concerns and was considerate about arriving on time and letting me know just where he was and the methods he could use to solve the problems involved in completing the work I needed done. He was very professional and willing to help in any way. I would certainly hire him again.

Salvador's workmanship was SUPERB. He under-estimated the time required (and therefore the cost) and he did not arrive at the times he said he would. Overall, however, we were satisfied and would hire him again.

Exterior Trim - Repair
Salvador did a good job with the trim and was very pleasant to deal with. However, he was disorganized and spent half of a day gathering supplies, which we were charged for. If he had been more organized, the job would have taken less than a day. Also, there was a lot of clean up for such a small job.
