J&E was very easy to work with and the repair work they did replacing and updating my water heater was great and reasonably priced.

I got a quick response to my inquiry - the gentleman made an appointment to review the job and give me an estimate. He was on time. He gave me an estimate and asked me how quickly I needed the job done. He brought an additional man in to work with him so the job could be completed in my desired time frame. I was VERY pleased with the work.

I am very satisfied with the level or service; however, the Service Magic representative should make recommendations based on location also. The service is based on the far side of Charlotte, and the repair was to be made in Gastonia.
